Roselyn Naomi Green was born in Larrimors, turks and caicos on Nov 28 th , 1930

She was the second born to Nancy and John Green. Growing up in Larrimor’s

Roselyn came from a very modest lifestyle, she attended Larrimor’s all age school

until she graduated and moved to Inagua where she started her adult life. Inagua

is where she gained her first employment and gave birth to her oldest son

Addington Cox. Shortly after she moved to Nassau where she continued her life

and was employed at Lyford Cay as a housekeeper where she worked so hard to

provide for her children blood sweat and tears long hours and late nights until she

retired after 38 years. Roselyn also had six additional children.

She was a faithful member of St John’s Native Baptist Church until she moved in

Tropical Gardens where she started to attend Church of God Prophecy and there is

where she found her lord and savior.

Mummy as her loved ones called her was honest, straightforward and stern she

was also a woman of integrity where she taught her kids never to take anything

that didn’t belong to them and the way of life and to be humble and work for

what it is that they wanted.

Despite mummy getting on in years she was always strong-minded and in good

spirits. Out of no where she wanted to travel to see her daughter Claudette in

Providenciales where she spends one month vacation where she had a wonderful

time. Mummy’s health continue to decline over a period a time she resided at her

daughters Monique’s residence until she was hospitalized on May 7, 2024.

After a few days being hospitalized she passed away at PMH on May 14 th , 2024.

Where she went to rest in the bosom of her lord and Savior.

She is survived by her children: Addington Cox and his wife Ruth Cox, Ricardo Hinds and his wife Jaime,

Antionette Hanna and her husband Prince Hanna, Monique Miller and her husband Welbon Miller,

Claudette Jones and her husband Alison Jones and Agatha Green.

Grandchildren: Dantoin & Anthony Cooper, Lyle Miller, Kecia Mcphee, Kostico & Indira Hanna, Princia

Hanna, Rishad & Valencia Cox , Addington C. Cox, Aaron Cox , Nadia Cox ,Dario Seymour, Mario Jones, ,

Alydia , Riccardo jr , Channon ,Kelsey & Miesha Hinds, Michelle Ford
