age 55 of Windsor Lane died at the Princess Margaret Hospital on Tuesday9th April, 2024.
She is survived by her Husband: William Balfour; Children: Sherman,Jasmine and Crystal Balfour, Cecil Francis, Delroy Swann Jr. and DanekaFrancis; Sisters: Patricia Waterman and Valentine Francis; Brothers:Cedric Whylly Sr. and Nathaniel Francis; Nine (9) Grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
