Portia PatriceFarrington, born on May 13th, 1964, peacefully departed from this world after acourageous battle with illness. She was Foster and Viola Farrington's belovedseventh child, leaving behind a legacy of love, strength, and resilience.

Portia embarked on hereducation journey at Big Pond Primary School, where she laid the foundation forher academic pursuits. Continuing her studies at H.O. Nash and later completingher education at C.C. Sweeting, she demonstrated a keen intellect and acommitment to learning that would serve her well throughout her life.

Her professionaljourney began as a saleswoman at Mike’s Shoe Store, where she quickly showcasedher exceptional customer service skills and work ethic. Moving on to Arnold’sDepartment Store and later to Breezer’s, Portia continued to excel in herroles, earning the respect and admiration of colleagues and customers alike. AtAtlantis Cove, she dedicated herself until 2016, when illness intervened.

Despite facing healthchallenges, Portia remained steadfast in her determination and continued toinspire those around her with her unwavering spirit. Her resilience in the faceof adversity was a testament to her strength of character and unwavering faith.

Portia PatriceFarrington will be fondly remembered and deeply missed by her family, friends,and all who knew her. Though she may have departed from this world, her memorywill live on in the hearts of those whose lives she touched.

In honoring hermemory, let us cherish the moments shared, celebrate her accomplishments, andcarry forward the lessons she imparted. May she rest in eternal peace, herlegacy enduring as a beacon of hope and inspiration for future generations.
